  8. Description             : This DOOM2, level 1 PWAD encompasses a very large
  9.                           virtual space with a surprise around every corner!
  10.                           I designed it to be a "mini" game that takes you 
  11.                           from pistol to BFG 9000. it contains a creative use 
  12.                           of two sided line defs that I have not seen in any 
  13.                           other pwads, and an interesting maze problem. 
  14.                           "Yikes" should give you a good hour or so of play.
  15.  
  16.                           If anyone adapts this PWAD for cooperative or
  17.                           deathmatch play please let me know.  Since I don't 
  18.                           play in those modes, I did not know how to best 
  19.                           implement them.

  21. Additional Credits to   : My kids, Megan, Joe, Mike and Steven who put in a
  22.                           lot of test-play time and helped me root out the
  23.                           bugs.  I think we got them all.

  66. * How to use this WAD *

  68. UnZip YIKES.ZIP and put YIKES.WAD into your DOOM2 sub-directory.
  69. At the DOS prompt type: 
  70.                          DOOM2 -FILE YIKES.WAD
  71. and press enter.  This WILL NOT permanently modify your game.  It will only 
  72. temporarily replace your level 1 with the YIKES level.  Enjoy!
